Our dedicated team support and nurture student’s personal and professional growth

Skillway is managed by Jack Tomes, Head of Operations, and supported by two part-time staff tutors and an administrator/tutor.

All the other tutors give their time freely as skilled volunteers with a desire to support and guide the young people in the local community. Our volunteers have either a working background  in the craft or trade they support in, or a keen interest in it; they all share a passion for imparting knowledge and supporting the students to develop.

Our students work with the Skillway team as peers: Skillway is not a school and we pride ourselves  on offering an environment that shows the students how to be equipped for the next step in their futures.

Skillway works with Schools,  Colleges and Home Tutored groups to provide
Additional Training Opportunities
